Booking is not essential, but it is recommended to avoid dissapointment. You can book by phone (02 9410 3413) before you come or email (info@@waraku.com.au Please erase extra @ when you email us) if your booking is one or more day/s before. Please state yoru name(nick name), contact number, treatment of your choice and the length, date and time. You can also select therapist.

New booking procedure:
For all bookings we require your contact number and credit card details. (Do not send your credit card details via email. Please let us know on a phone call only.) Your credit card details are required to secure your appointment and also as a - form of deposit or guarantee against 'no-show'. You can choose your method of payment e.g. cash, a different credit card or the credit card you have used as a guarantee.

All appointments are confirmed by our receptionist or staff member with a phone call 1 day prior to your appointment or in the morning of the day. If you already have an existing appointment and would like to confirm or cancel your appointment, please call 9410 3413 or leave a message. (No email message is accepted after confirmation).

Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Should you for any reason need to cancel within these times, you will be charged 50% of the booked treatment fee.
