6. What the difference between Remedial Massage and Shiatsu?
Remedial Massage is western, Australian style of therapeutic massage and is generally applied with a massage oil, while Shiatsu is a Japanese style remedial massage, which directly means finger (normally thumb) pressure and is practised on your clothes. Both treatments help relieve your stress and pain/discomfort and can be adjusted to your conditions such as greater or lighter pressure.
7. What the feature of Japanese Acupuncture compared with Chinese style?
The most outstanding feature is its approach due to its finer needles. Although the treatment theory which is based on Yin-Yang, Five elements is same, the way of treatment is quite different. Especially Japanese Acupuncture is gentle and there is no pain nor fear and even comfortable as it eases your mind and body during the treatment. If you have heard acupuncture is effective for many symptoms, but if you feel scared to try it, Japanese style may come first as your first experience of acupuncture.
