Cancellation Policy
24 hour notice of cancellation is required; otherwise a 50% of your booked treatment will be applied as a cancellation fee. Especially an appointment for two people at the same time and/or an appointment on weekend are important for you, the therapist and also prospective clients since there are higher demand. In advance, we may ask your credit card details when you make an appointment for two or more people or on weekend. Thank you for your understanding.
Private Health Fund Rebates
All therapists at Waraku are qualified and members of professional association/s. Each therapist has own provider number with most of private health fund. Rebates how much you can get varies depends on your health fund and your policy. Please ask your health fund regarding the amount.
