We have been keeping our quality
and prices since 2004. However, finally we decided to modify our
services and prices. The new treatment schedule will be effectve
on and after 25th March 2008. We are sorry for the inconvenience
and thank you for your understanding.
Christmas business hours: We are
closed on 25th and 26th of December, and 1st of January. We are
planning to upgrade our interior early January 2008 and we may have
to be closed due to the related works.

Since her son is under medical treatments,
Yoshie Asahara, Principal of Waraku, Japanese style Acupuncturist
is not able to resume her practice as she planned. She has not decided
when she resume her practice. Thank you for your understanding and
patience.
Christmas time business hour 2006:
We will open Christmas holidays except a few days.
Please ask your therapist if she is charged because some therapists
maytake holidays.
New booking procedure:
All appointments on weekends are confirmed by our receptionist or
staff member with a phone call 1 day prior to your appointment or
in the morning of the day. At the confirmation, your credit card
details will be required to secure your treatment. If you already
have an existing appointment and would like to confirm or cancel
your appointment, please call 9410 3413 or leave a message. No email
message is accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Should you
for any reason need to cancel within these times, you will be charged
50% of booked treatment fees.
Waraku regrets to announce that we will
strictly charge cancellation fees since we have faced repeated cancellations
in the last minutes, without notice or notice less than 24 hours.
