Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice otherwise required full cancellation fee may applies.
Healthfund Rebate & Payment
All of our therapists are recognised providers with most private health funds. HICAPS is available so that you can claim your rebate instantly from your health fund. If your health fund is not registered with HICAPS, we are able to issue you a receipt, with which you can claim your rebate with your health fund.
Please check your policy in regards to rebates for Remedial Massage, Shiatsu or Acupuncture. The amount you can claim back will vary depending on the level of cover with your health fund.
Aeon, GMF Health, MDHF are available for Acupuncture as well.
HCF, LaTrobe Health Services, Police Health are available for Remedial Massage & Acupuncture as well.
